On behalf of my sister and I, I would like to thank you so much for the great food and coffee and beverages. ...All workers should be commended because they went above and beyond to make us happy and this should be commended as well.
Thank you so much, all of you, for taking such good care of my mom. Life has thrown my husband and I a few "curve balls” lately and it’s a great comfort knowing she is cared for so well. The last time my 97 year-old grandmother and I visited, we ate lunch in your cafeteria and the food was delicious! The halls are always shining and they smell as if they were just cleaned! It's always a pleasure visiting, I just wish I could more often.
I want to give my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care my mom received at the facility. The staff were courteous, kind, and genuinely cared about my mom. Her room was always clean and tidy, and I enjoyed the activity room patio where mom and I could visit. The therapists (Rich, Mark) helped her walk again, and she is doing great now. Thank you for helping my mom better enjoy her golden years.
I am sorry this thank you took so long to send to you. I will be forever grateful to the people that took care of my husband and touch his life in so many ways. To B Station staff- your care was absolutely the best. He loved all of you and thought of you as his family. You took care of everything he needed. You were never too busy for him. You were always there when he needed you...
I wanted to let you know how appreciative of all you for everything you did for my mom. Everyone was compassionate, kind, caring, and loving. Your staff should walk around with their heads held high and be honored to work in such a wonderful facility.
I want to thank everyone in the nursing center that took care of my mother during her lengthy stay. The care was excellent and the professionalism also. Thank you all again from management to housekeeping!
It's wonderful knowing people as kind and considerate as you are. Thank you for all you've done. You were always so understanding and compassionate when caring for mom. Thank you!
